
Canned pumpkin is combined with evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg, and adds sweetened condensed milk for some of its liquid and sweetness.
In large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin and next 6 ingredients whisking until smooth. Pour filling equally into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake about 50-60 minutes at 350*. Check for doneness after 45 minutes. When knife is inserted in center and comes out clean, your pies are done!
Notes:
I didn?t have all the ingredients for the traditional pie so I made do with what I had. I always get asked to bring the pumpkin pie now.
