Yummy Mousse Pastries

Traditional cream puffs with a super simple chocolate mousse filling made with instant pudding and whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 eggs

Method
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pudding as directed on pudding box. Once pudding is set, carefully stir in whipped topping, and let sit in fridge until ready to fill creampuffs. Bring butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt. Mix until it all comes together and forms a ball in the center of the pan. Add one egg and completely beat it into mixture until well blended, repeat with remaining eggs, but one at a time. Grease a muffin pan and place dough in each cup to 1/4 full. Bake 10 minutes, reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes. Once muffins are cooled, cut in half and fill bottom with mousse. Then replace top and serve.
