White Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pizza

This dessert pizza has a crust with peanut butter & brown sugar, and a filling of cream cheese & white chocolate chips, drizzled with fudge topping.
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Filling:
- 2, 11- or 12-oz pkgs white chocolate chips
- 2, 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup (Smucker's) hot fudge topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine crust ingredients until well-blended; press into a 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are just lightly browned. Set aside to cool completely. In a large saucepan over very low heat, stir cream cheese and chips until softened and melted. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Drizzle with hot fudge topping; chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
