White Chocolate Cheesecake

Instant white chocolate pudding mix is combined with cream cheese and milk to form this cheesecake filling. Whipped dessert topping is folded into the mixture and then chilled in a prepared graham cracker crust..Ingredients
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 servings each) white chocolate instant pudding & pie filling
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 6-oz. graham cracker crust

Method
Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute. Stir in Cool Whip until smooth and well combined. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or till set. Garnish with white chocolate curls made with Baker's chocolate. Store dessert in refrigerator.
