What a blend of flavors, peanut butter, dates, chocolate, peanuts. Sounds delectable.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rough chopped dates
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped honey roasted peanuts

Method
Place dates, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, frozen yogurt and milk in a blender, puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish tops with the chopped peanuts.
Notes: This smoothie has a lot of different flavors-it keeps people guessing what they are.
