Turtle Dessert Pizza

A sweet crust with pecans & chocolate chips is spread with a mixture of cream cheese and hot fudge topping. More topping & nuts go on later.

Ingredients:

• Crust:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
• Filling:
• 2, 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping 1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, brown sugar and butter; stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans. Press into a 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake approximately 10-12 minutes, just until edges are lightly browned; cool completely. Blend together in large mixing bowl, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the 1/2 cup hot fudge topping. Spread over cooled crust. Chill. Drizzle remaining toppings over cream cheese layer and top with pecans. Slice and serve.
