Turtle Pumpkin Pie

This no bake pumpkin dessert has the added flavors of caramel and pecans. The pudding mixed with Cool Whip and pumpkin is light and fluffy.Ingredients
- 1 graham pie crust
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp pecan pieces
- 1 cup milk
- 2 packages instant pudding
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed, divided

Method
Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping onto crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans. Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread into crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with pecans and drizzle remaining caramel.
