Tropical Breezer

Cream of coconut is the key ingredient to this truly tropical snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange sherbet
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 wooden skewers
- 8 miniature candy orange slices
- 8 miniature marshmallows

Method
Combine cranberry juice, orange sherbet, cream of coconut and ice in blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly combined. Pour into 2 glasses. Alternate mini marshmallows and orange slices on skewers and place in glasses as "stir sticks" and garnish.
Notes: Other flavors of sherbet may be substituted as desired.
