Toffee Topped Pudding

Use sweetened condensed milk to richen the pudding mix, then fold in whipped topping for a fluffy mousse-like dessert. Top with toffee bits, coconut, and nuts.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 12-ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 package toffee bits
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
 
Method

Mix together the pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with crushed wafers, toffee bits, coconut, and nuts. Chill for 2 to 3 hours until set and serve.
