Tiki Fruit Torches with Toblerone Fondue

A fresh summer treat is made with stacks of pineapple, kiwis, strawberries, and bananas dipped in a white chocolate fondue sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 3/4" chunks
- 8 kiwis, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 ripe bananas, cut into small cubes
- Juice from one lemon
- Long cocktail skewers
- For Toblerone Fondue:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 (3.5 oz) bars Toblerone white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 Tbsp brandy
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut

Method
For Tiki Fruit Torches, place 1 piece of pineapple on a cocktail skewer, then a kiwi and strawberry. Sprinkle banana pieces with lemon juice, then place on skewers and place assembled skewer on serving platter. Repeat process until all the fruit has been skewered. Bring the cream to boil in a heavy pan; remove from heat and stir in chopped Toblerone bars. Stir until chocolate is melted and incorporated. Return to heat and stir in nuts and brandy. Heat and stir until just warm. Remove from heat, transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Dip fruit skewers into hot Toblerone Fondue.
