Tiger Butter

This easy candy is attractive and tasty. Just swirl together a white chocolate and peanut butter mixture with melted semisweet chocolate.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces white baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate

Method
Melt white chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. DO NOT USE CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER. Smooth peanut butter mixture over a waxed paper-lined baking pan. Melt semisweet chocolate until smooth and spread over the peanut butter mixture. Using a butter knife, cut the dark chocolate into the peanut butter mixture; place in freezer for at least an hour. Break apart to serve.
