Thunder Road Cake

Holy cow, this cake will definitely be a crowd pleaser. A chocolate cake filled with sweetened milk, and fudge while being topped with whipped cream and chocolate toffee.
Ingredients
- 1 box (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (11 oz.) hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1 container (12 oz.) frozen whipped dairy product
- 2 (3 oz.) chocolate covered toffee bars, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Place cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl and beat on low speed of electric mixer for 30 seconds. Turn mixer on medium speed and beat for 2 minutes, scraping bowl several times. Turn cake into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 32 to 35 minutes, or until tests done. Remove from oven and place cake on a rack to cool for 15 minutes. Poke holes all over top of cake with something rounded such as the wrong end of a mixer beater. Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Evenly drizzle ice cream topping over cake (may have to heat for a few seconds in the microwave). Wait about 10 minutes and spread whipped topping over top of cake and sprinkle crushed candy bars over top. Place cake in refrigerator until serving time. Cut into squares to serve.
