This rich egg-less chocolate pie is made with whipping cream and has dry cocoa powder for the chocolate flavor.
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Heat cream in microwave for 2 minutes. Combine cream with dry ingredients. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce temp. to 325 and bake until set (about 40 minutes more.)
