Super Easy Cheesecake

Five ingredients is all that is needed for this super-easy, no-bake cheesecake pie. Pudding topped with cherry pie filling-sure to be a hit.
Ingredients
- 1 C. milk
- 1 pkg. cheescake-flavored instant pudding mix
- 1 graham cracker crust (homemade or purchased)
- 1 8-oz. carton dairy sour cream
- 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling, or choice of canned fruit pie filling or jar of preserves for topping

Mix 1 cup of milk with the instant cheesecake flavored pudding. Using wire whisk blend in the sour cream. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Top with canned pie filling of choice or preserves. Cover and chill until serving time.
Notes: This recipe is so fast and super easy. I use it in a pinch when I need a fast dessert. When I go to family gatherings or potlucks I rarely bring any home. It makes a small amount so I often double and split between two pie shells.
