What says summer better and tastier than peaches?
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 inch pie plate. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, milk and butter and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Drain peaches saving juice. Place peaches on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes. Spread on top of peaches leaving a 1 inch space around edge.
Stir cream cheese and peach topping gently and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar all over top. Bake 30 minutes then cool 2 hours or more.
