If you like the traditional tiramisu dessert you will truly enjoy this strawberry variation. You can also make these into personal trifle desserts.
Set aside 3 strawberries for garnish. Slice the remaining strawberries and set aside. Whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes and let stand for 2 minutes. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in 2 tablespoons of the coffee and then beat in pudding and fold in whipped topping. Brush the remaining coffee over ladyfingers and line the bottom of a 3 quart trifle bowl with 1/2 of the ladyfingers. Top with 1/2 of the sliced berries, grated chocolate and pudding mix and repeat the layers. Slice reserved berries and arrange on top. Finally, cover the dish and place in the fridge overnight.
