Strawberry Shortcake Shake

This dessert is exactly how it sounds. Blend shortcake, fresh strawberries and ice cream together and top with whipped cream.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped, fresh strawberries
  • 2 slices shortcake, torn or crumbled
  • 5 large scoops vanilla bean ice cream, softened
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries

Method

Place strawberries, shortcake, ice cream and milk in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Pour contents evenly between two large glasses. Top glasses with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of strawberry.
