Strawberry Pizza

Sugar cookie crust is the base of this dessert. Sweetened cream cheese tops the cookie and sliced strawberries top the whole thing off. What a fun treat.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough roll
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • Sugar
  • Strawberries, cleaned and sliced
  • Whip Cream

Method

Roll your cookie dough onto a pizza pan and cook according to cookie directions. Let it cool completely. This is the pizza crust. Take package of cream cheese and mix with sugar to sweeten to your taste. When cookie crust has cooled, take the cream cheese mixture spread over the cookie crust. This is the sauce. Next, take cleaned and sliced strawberries and place on top of pizza. Put in refrigerator to cool. Whip cream can be added as an extra topping if you choose.

Number of Servings: 6-8 depending on how you slice
