Strawberry Mousse

Heavy whipping cream, sugar-free strawberry syrup, and cream cheese make up this lovely dessert, which is garnished with fresh strawberries.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free strawberry syrup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Method

In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream for one minute. Slowly add sugar-free syrup. Continue to beat just until soft peaks form. Turn mixer to lowest speed. Add cream cheese and mix until well blended, scraping sides as needed. Spoon into serving dish and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.

 

Notes: Works best with a stand mixer.
