Strawberry Fuzz with Whipped Cream

A fizzy and creamy strawberry beverage topped with thin slivers of fresh basil.

  • Servings: 3-5


4 oz Strawberry Sorbet
4 oz Lemon-lime Soda
2 oz Manufacturing Cream or Heavy Whipped Cream
1 oz Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Basil Chiffonade


Whip cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form then set aside. In a small bowl, mix together strawberry sorbet and soda until smooth. In a shot glass, drop a small amount of whipped cream, to coat bottom, and pour in strawberry mixture . Top each shot with a small sprig of basil. Serve in chilled shot glasses.
