Ingredients:
| 4 oz | Strawberry Sorbet |
| 4 oz | Lemon-lime Soda |
| 2 oz | Manufacturing Cream or Heavy Whipped Cream |
| 1 oz | Confectioners Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Basil Chiffonade |
Directions:
Whip cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form then set aside. In a small bowl, mix together strawberry sorbet and soda until smooth. In a shot glass, drop a small amount of whipped cream, to coat bottom, and pour in strawberry mixture . Top each shot with a small sprig of basil. Serve in chilled shot glasses.
