|2 lb||Ripe Strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced|
|1 lb||Cream Cheese, softened|
|4 oz||Instant Vanilla Pudding|
|2||Prepared Pound Cakes, cubed 1"|
|4 cups||Whipped Topping or Prepared Whipping Cream|
With an electric mixer, beat pudding and milk together until well blended. Beat in cream cheese quickly so pudding doesn't get too thick. Layer 1/3 of cake cubes in a glass bowl or 4 quart casserole dish. Top with 1/3 of strawberries then spoon 1/3 of pudding mixture on top. Repeat 2 more times with cake, pudding and strawberries. Top last layer with whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
The cream cheese, added to the pudding, adds an incredible layer of richness to the dessert.
