Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding

A pudding-type mixture made with strawberry-flavored cream cheese is layered in glasses with sliced strawberries to make this easy dessert.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 8-oz carton strawberry-flavored cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar

Method

Slice all but 4 berries. Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth. In small goblets or parfait glasses, layer half of the sliced berries, then half of the cheese mixture and repeat. Place a whole berry on top.

 

Notes: This makes a pretty and light summer dessert.
