Ingredients:
| 1 cup sliced | Fresh Strawberries |
| 2 Tbsp | Sugar To Toss With Strawberries |
| ⅔ cup | Mashed Ripe Banana |
| ½ cup | Sugar |
| ½ cup | 2% Milk |
| 2 | Large Egg Whites |
| 2 Tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 2 cups | All Purpose Flour |
| 2 tsp | Baking Powder |
| ½ tsp | Ground Cinnamon |
| ¼ tsp | Fine Salt |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line muffins tins with paper cups.
Toss strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar and set aside. In a large bowl, stir banana, remaining sugar, milk, egg whites, oil, and vanilla together. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture, just until blended. Fold in strawberries and spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before turning out.
