Healthy pumpkin takes the place of eggs and oil in this quick and easy dessert that starts with a spice cake mix.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can pure pumpkin
  • 1 boxed spice cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Prepared butter cream icing, optional

Method

Combine all ingredients and bake according to directions on box. Once cake cools, add frosting if desired.

 

Notes: Excellent when prepared in muffin tins, too.
