Baked apples with an egg and sour cream custard base, in a graham cracker crust.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
In a small bowl, toss apple slices in lemon juice.
In a large bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, and sour cream.
Place sliced apples in the crust.
Pour the sour cream mixture over the apples.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly brown.
