Rocky Road Pudding with a Twist

White chocolate pudding with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and pecans make a smooth and creamy dessert.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 3.3 oz pkg white chocolate pudding
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (colored if making for Easter)
  • 1/2 cup pecan chips
  • Whipped topping, optional
 
Method

Make pudding as package directs and chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into 4-6 dessert cups; chill until needed.

 

Notes: Usually at Easter you can get mini marshmallows in Easter colors. If you wish, add whipped topping when you serve.
