Kids will love topping this simple, dessert pizza--just spread cookie dough in a pan then top with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate morsels.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup tiny marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until softened, about 30 seconds. Add sugar and brown sugar then beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. With mixer on low speed, gradually add flour mixing until just combined. Spread dough evenly in an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan and bake about 12 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top of hot crust. Or make each section of pizza different by sprinkling with different combinations. Return pizza to oven and bake 6-8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden. Cool in pan on cooling rack. To serve pizza, cut into wedges with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
