|½ cup||Long Grain Rice|
|1" of Orange or Lemon Rind|
|1--14 oz can||Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|*ground Cinnamon, to taste|
|**optional: Fresh Nutmeg, to taste|
Using a medium pan, combine water, rice, cinnamon stick, salt, and orange rind.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in condensed milk, and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes--until rice is tender.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, AND/OR nutmeg
Serve warm or chilled.
