Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
| 4 cups | Water |
| ½ cup | Long Grain Rice |
| 1 | Cinnamon Stick |
| 1" of Orange or Lemon Rind | |
| dash | Salt |
| 1--14 oz can | Sweetened Condensed Milk |
| *ground Cinnamon, to taste | |
| **optional: Fresh Nutmeg, to taste |
Directions:
Using a medium pan, combine water, rice, cinnamon stick, salt, and orange rind.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in condensed milk, and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes--until rice is tender.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, AND/OR nutmeg
Serve warm or chilled.
