
Very quick, very easy. Chopped nuts, ice cream, & pie filling are layered in a pan, frozen, & cut into squares. You select the flavors and amounts to use.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the bottom of a loaf pan or baking pan that can be put into the freezer. Drop softened ice cream by spoonfuls over nuts; spread evenly. Spoon canned pie filling over top. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze several hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
Notes:
We like cherry pie filling, but any kind can be used. Also any flavor of ice cream can be used. You can create different flavors and different colors.
