Quick and Easy Fudge

This dessert really is simple. Just melt the ingredients together in the microwave, whip to perfection and chill before serving.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Nuts, optional

Method

Mix butter, cocoa, milk and sugar together in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes until butter has melted. Whip until mixture is smooth, add vanilla and nuts. Spray an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray and spread fudge in pan. Refrigerate for an hour or so until fudge is hard. Cut into squares for serving.
