
This great dessert pie is great for the holidays because it combines great flavors like pumpkin, pudding and the ever popular Cool Whip.
Mix all ingredients for crust together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees F.
Let cool.
Mix all ingredients for 1st layer together and spread over crust.
Mix pumpkin and Eagle Brand Milk together first.
Add rest of ingredients for 2nd layer, mixing well.
Spread over first layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip (2 cups) and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Let set in fridge overnight.
Notes:
This easy recipe should be made the day before and I promise there will be no leftovers.
