Ingredients:
| 8 cups | Popped Popcorn |
| 6 cups | Chex Cereal |
| 2 cups | Cashews |
| 2 cups | M & M's |
| 2 cups | Chocolate Covered Pretzels |
| 1 cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1 cup | Dark Corn Syrup |
| 1 stick | Butter |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
Directions:
Place popcorn, cereal and cashews in a pan. Heat oven to 245 degrees. Add brown sugar, butter, vanilla and corn syrup to a 2 quart pan and cook on the stove for 5 minutes. When the mixture reaches a constant boil, stir in popcorn mixture. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Cool and add M and M's with chocolate pretzels and toss together. Serve immediately.
