|⅓ cup||Melted Butter|
|1||Heaping Tbsp Lime Zest|
|½ cup||Lime Juice|
|1× 14 oz can||Sweetened Condensed Milk|
Crust: Process graham crackers in a food processor until crumbs. Melt butter. Add sugar to crumbs and slowly drizzle in butter. Pat into bottom and up sides of a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until set.
Zest limes then juice them. Mix zest, juice, yolks and milk until combined and pour into cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in fridge for at least 1 hour.
