Pineapple Dessert

A yummy baked pineapple dish sprinkled with cinnamon. Excellent with ham.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (20 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted Butter
  • Cinnamon

Method

Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into shallow ungreased casserole. Pour butter on top of pineapple mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for one hour.
