Pineapple Crush

A fruity dessert cream piled into a golden graham cracker crust. Made with low fat ingredients for a healthy dessert alternative.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 2 cups crushed walnuts
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 8 oz fat free whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

Method

Mix condensed milk, pineapple, 1 cup nuts, 1 container cool whip, and coconut in bowl. Add lemon juice and mix again. Pour into pie crusts dividing between the two. Top with the remaining bowl of whipped topping splitting between the two pies. Split the remaining nuts between the two and refrigerate for 2 hours.
