
A creamy cool dessert with a slight citrus flavor from the lime that will be a hit.
Add enough water to syrup to measure 1 cup, bring to a boil, and stir in gelatin: until dissolved, chill until slightly thick. Mash pears; beat in cream cheese until smooth. Add to thickened jello mix well, fold in the heavy cream. Pour into mold, chill until set, and unmold.
