
This easy-to-fix candy is a mixture of peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk, with chopped dates & raisins. It's pressed into a pan and cut into shapes.
Prepare an 8x8x2" baking pan by buttering, then sprinkling with confectioners sugar; set aside. Chop dates and raisins by hand or in a food processor. Warm a medium mixing bowl by rising with hot water; dry well. Add peanut butter, condensed milk and chopped fruit to bowl; mix well.
Press into prepared baking pan. Smooth surface with back of a soup spoon. Chill until firm and cut into squares or any other desired candy shape.
