Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

These little candy "eggs" are made with a mixture of peanut butter and powdered sugar, formed into ovals, and dipped into melted chocolate chips and butter to coat.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl; mix until well blended. Shape into 10 to 12 small ovals for "eggs" and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Dip peanut butter "eggs" into chocolate mixture to cover completely; place back on wax paper to harden. Repeat until all eggs are done.
