Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

A layered dessert recipe made from peanut butter, instant pudding mix, and cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped and divided
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 12 oz. carton frozen Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 oz. semisweet chocolate, grated

Method
Layer 1: In small bowl thoroughly mix 2/3 cup of the peanuts, flour, and butter. Press into bottom of a 7 1/2x12-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool thoroughly. Layer 2: Cream peanut butter, cream cheese, and confectioner?s sugar well. Fold in one-third of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled layer in dish. Layer 3: Combine both pudding mixes with the milk; beat at low speed until thickened. Spread over second layer. Layer 4: Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chocolate and 1/3 cup peanuts. Chill several hours.
