Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

The flavors of chocolate and peanut butter are combined in this easy brownie recipe, made from a box of brownie mix. A peanut butter and powdered sugar frosting tops these Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies.
Ingredients
- Brownies:
- 1 Pkg. Family-size brownie mix
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 13x9 pan. Combine above ingredients in large bowl. Beat with spoon, about 50 strokes. Batter will be lumpy. Spread into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done. Cool. Frosting: In a small bowl blend 1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and 4 to 5 tablespoons milk until smooth. Spread on cool brownies.
