Peanut Butter Crunchies

Butter and peanut butter are beaten with sugar and egg, then flour and milk is added to make the dough. This is rolled into balls and pressed with a cookie stamp to make a design.
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method

Beat butter and peanut butter until well mixed. Beat in sugar, then egg. Add flour alternately with milk. Roll into 1-inch balls. Stamp with warm cookie stamp. Bake at 325F for 10 to 15 minutes.
