Method

Mix first 5 ingredients in 9 x 13 pan and heat in a 400 degree oven. Mix flour, baking powder, soda and sugar in mixing bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender, two knives or your fingers. Add milk and mix well. Roll dough on floured board to an 8 x 12 rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Sprinkle with pecans if using. Starting at long side, roll up with seam on bottom. Cut into 12 slices and place cut side down evenly over top of warm peach mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until roll ups are delicately browned. Serve warm with whipped topping.
