Peach Pizza

A mix of dry cake mix, coconut & butter form the crust, topped with sliced canned peaches, sour cream, egg & brown sugar for this easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 large can (28 oz.) sliced peaches
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 cup packed light brown sugar

Mix dry cake mix, softened butter and coconut. Press into pizza pan for crust. Drain peaches well. Arrange in an attractive pattern on the pizza. Stir together egg and sour cream. Pour over the peaches (won't entirely cover, but that's okay.) Take brown sugar and sprinkle generously over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until sour cream is set and has started to brown. Don't overbake! Cool slightly and cut into wedges to serve.
Notes: This is one of my family's favorites. I took a recipe I found for apple cake and made it my own. Kids love it because the sour cream looks like cheese on the pizza.
