These peach dumplings use crescent roll dough to wrap peaches and are baked with soda syrup.

  • Servings: 8


1× 8oz Container Crescent Rolls, 8
1 cup Frozen Sliced Peaches, thawed and drained
Pam or Other Cooking Spray
½ stick Butter, ¼ cup
⅓ cup Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ a 12oz Can Mountain Dew Soda


Preheat oven to 350

Open Crescent rolls and divide roll in half. Unroll each half and sprinkle both sides with cinnamon-sugar. Take one crescent at a time and put three to four slices of peaches on the widest part of dough. Lightly sprinkle peaches with cinnamon-sugar. Roll up each crescent and place seam side down in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Spoon mixture over crescent rolls; then pour half can of soda on top.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
