PB and Choconutty Trifle

This dessert makes an elegant presentation with layers of chocolate, peanut butter cookies and peanuts in a trifle bowl.

Ingredients:

• 32 oz whipped topping
• 2 3 oz pkgs instant chocolate pudding
• 30 Reese's peanut butter cups
• 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 pkg peanut butter cookies
• 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

Method

In one bowl, mix 16 oz whipped topping with pudding. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 16 oz whipped topping. Layer peanut butter cookies, pudding mixture, peanut butter cups, and cream cheese mixture. Repeat until trifle bowl is filled to rim. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
