Out of This World Peant Butter Cookies

This dessert combines two great treats, cookies and Peanut butter cups, for a wonderful cookie.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 pkg mini Reeses cups, chopped

Method

In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, sugars, and baking soda until combined. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until combined. Stir in flour and chooped Reese cups with a wooden spoon. Drop rounded Tablespoons or cookie scoop on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for approximately 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around egdes (centers will be soft). cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to cool surface.

 

Notes: Because you are using Splenda, the shape of the cookie will remain the same as when you scooped it onto the cookie sheet.
