O-Oreo

Oreo crumbs and melted margarine form the base of this multi-layered dessert. Other layers include cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Ingredients
- 1 stick of margarine
- 28 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Confectioners sugar
- 2 8 oz. cartons Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- Oreos, coarsely crushed

Method
Melt stick of butter. Mix with crushed oreos. Press into bottom of 13x9" pan for crust. Blend cream cheese and confectioners sugar; add ONE container of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Combine both boxes of pudding mix and the milk; beat about 1 minute. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread remaining container of Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle coarsely crushed Oreos on top. Chill several hours.
Notes: To crush the cookies, it's easiest to put the Oreos into a Ziplock bag, cover that with a towel, and crush with a rolling pin.
