No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Leave the oven off for this recipe - make these peanut butter oatmeal cookies as a dessert or a snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 stick margarine  
• 2 cups sugar  
• 1/2 cup milk  
• 2 tsp vanilla  
• 1/3 cup cocoa  
• 2/3 cup peanut butter  
• 3 cups oatmeal

Method

Melt margarine. Add next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil, boil one minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Mix thoroughly, add oats. Drop by spoonful into waxed paper and let set.
