No Bake Pineapple Flan

A cremy pinapple dessert with caramel, garnished with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
Ingredients
- 1 large box pineapple Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz bar cream cheese, softened
- 1 bottle caramel topping
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 1 small bottle cherries

Method
Mix boiling water and pineapple Jello together until clear yellow. Add softened cream cheese and mix. Add evaporated milk and condensed milk. Mix until smooth, add crushed pineapple and mix to incorporate. Add caramel topping to a glass dish. Arrange 3 slices of pineapple down the middle of dish then add a cherry to the middle of each pineapple. Pour cream cheese/Jello mixture slowly in to pan so pineapple does not move. Refrigerate for three hours, Add caramel to top, then add three more slices of pineapple. Next add three cheries to the center of each pineapple slice for decoration. Refrigerate four more hours before serving.
