Mississippi Mud Cake

An very chocolatey chocolate cake topped with layers of marshmallow cream and frosting.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 C. Cocoa
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
  • 2 C. Pecans
  • 1 Can Coconut
  • 1 Large jar marshmallow cream

Method

Cream butter and sugar and add one egg at a time and vanilla. Sift together flour and cocoa. Add to butter mix well. Fold in pecans and coconut. Bake in cookie sheet for 40 minutes at 350 Degrees. While still hot spread on marshmallow cream. Cool. Frost with mixture of powdered sugar, cocoa, and milk.
